It’s a great occasion to learn about Moroccan eating habits like washing hands before a meal with a kettle of water and soap, sitting around a low round table in a salon, start eating when the family says “Bismillah”, eating from the same Dish, eating by hand using the right hand and a piece of bread to scoop up the food. In most Moroccan houses you’ll find a selection of salads such as tomato and cucumber salad,za3louk, Taktouka, tagine with meat and vegetables, couscous, Chicken with Green Olives and Lemon…all put out on the table at the same time and fruit plate of course.

After lunch, we’ll enjoy together the famous Moroccan mint tea.
