1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings with Fez Morocco Tours require a confirmed reservation. Reservations can be made online, via email, or by phone. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is accepted.

2. Payment

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
  • Payment must be completed before the tour date to secure your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3–7 days before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations less than 3 days before the tour are non-refundable.

4. Changes to Booking

  • Changes to the date, itinerary, or number of participants must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
  • Fez Morocco Tours will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Tour Itinerary

  • All itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Fez Morocco Tours reserves the right to modify the schedule to ensure safety and comfort.

6. Liability

  • Fez Morocco Tours is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen during the tour.
  • Participants are responsible for their own health, travel insurance, and any medical conditions.
  • The company ensures professional guides and safe transportation but is not liable for accidents outside its control.

7. Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, and local communities.
  • Fez Morocco Tours reserves the right to remove participants from a tour for disruptive behavior without a refund.

8. Photography and Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes.
  • Participants can request not to be photographed.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during booking will only be used for tour arrangements and marketing purposes with consent.
  • Data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
  • Any disputes arising from bookings or tours will be subject to Moroccan jurisdiction.
